How to Wear

1. Place the mesh cap over your natural bun.
   
2. Insert the upper and lower combs into your hair.
   
3. Pull the drawstring until the base feels secure.
   
4. Tuck the remaining drawstring inside the base and adjust the hair.
   

Fit Tips

• Make sure your natural bun is firm enough to support the combs.
  
• Do not pull the drawstring excessively tight.
  
• Adjust the ponytail before tightening it completely.
  
• Match the color to the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair rather than only the roots.
  
• Higher ponytail placement may make the hair appear slightly shorter.
  

Length Guide

Length is measured from the attachment point to the longest ends of the hair.

• 16 inches: natural everyday length
  
• 18 inches: balanced medium length
  
• 20 inches: longer, fuller finish
  
• 22 inches: long statement length
  

Curly and wavy textures may appear shorter than straight hair at the same measured length.

Tracking

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after your full order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor or styling products, and include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts.

Wigs are not eligible for return or exchange if the lace has been cut or if the item has been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, glued, sprayed, heat styled, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.

How to Request a Return

Email support@authris.com within the return window and include:

• Your order number
• The item you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Clear photos or a short video if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send any item back until Authris approves your request and provides return instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Authris covers approved return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For personal reasons, including a change of mind or an incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, express shipping fees, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by Authris’s error or otherwise required by law.

Refunds & Exchanges

All returned items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days after inspection.
