Shipping policy

Authris ships to the United States and selected international destinations available during checkout. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and begin after payment has been authorized and order processing is complete.

The total estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Order Processing Time

Most U.S. orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been authorized and verified.

International orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been authorized and verified.

Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, promotions, high-volume periods, inventory reviews, payment verification, or carrier disruptions.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

This facility is used for order fulfillment and approved return processing. It is not a customer-facing retail store and does not offer in-person shopping or order pickup.

Please do not send a return to this address until you have received written return authorization from support@authris.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimates include both order processing time and carrier transit time.

U.S. Express Shipping is available only when displayed as an option during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, customs clearance, weather, holidays, payment verification, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Free U.S. standard shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders. Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Express shipping charges, when available, will be displayed separately during checkout.

International Shipping Availability

International shipping is available only to destinations shown as available during checkout. If a country or region cannot be selected at checkout, Authris is currently unable to ship orders to that destination.

Available destinations and shipping services may change based on carrier availability, customs restrictions, local regulations, or operational requirements.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout page clearly states that duties and taxes are prepaid or included in the order total.

Authris does not control customs charges or customs processing times. Customs clearance may extend the estimated delivery time.

Carriers and Tracking

Authris may use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, or another suitable carrier depending on the destination, order contents, package size, and shipping service selected during checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label has been created. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow the carrier additional time to register the first scan.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, and telephone number during checkout.

Authris is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact support@authris.com as soon as possible.

We will try to correct the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues

Delivery may be delayed by weather, customs clearance, labor disruptions, carrier service interruptions, government actions, public health events, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you believe a package has been lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, contact support@authris.com with your order number and tracking number.

Where available, we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation. Carrier investigations and resolutions are subject to the carrier’s procedures and timelines.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, or other delivery area
  • Household members, neighbors, building staff, or property management
  • The shipping address entered during checkout
  • The carrier’s tracking page and delivery notes

If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier for additional delivery details and email support@authris.com so we can assist with the next steps.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and responding to carrier or customs requests when required.

If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs charges, or failure to cooperate with the carrier or customs, applicable return shipping, storage, customs, brokerage, or handling charges may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Any refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy after the returned package has been received and inspected.
