30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after your full order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor or styling products, and include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts.
Wigs are not eligible for return or exchange if the lace has been cut or if the item has been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, glued, sprayed, heat styled, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
How to Request a Return
Email support@authris.com within the return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or a short video if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send any item back until Authris approves your request and provides return instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Authris covers approved return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For personal reasons, including a change of mind or an incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, express shipping fees, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by Authris’s error or otherwise required by law.
Refunds & Exchanges
All returned items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days after inspection.

Is this product a wig?
No. This product is a stitched human hair weft designed for sew-in installation. It does not include a wig cap, lace, clips or combs.
Is this Burmese Curl weft made with human hair?
Yes. It is made with 100% human hair in a Natural Black color, with springy Burmese curls and natural movement.
What is included in each pack option?
The 1-piece option includes one 45g hair weft. The 3-piece option includes three 45g hair wefts, for a total of 135g.
How many pieces do I need for a full sew-in?
The amount needed depends on your head size, selected length and desired fullness. Fuller or longer installations may require more than three pieces. We recommend confirming the quantity with your stylist before ordering.
How is the hair length measured?
Burmese Curl hair is measured when gently stretched. Because of its natural curl and shrinkage, it will appear shorter when worn in its curly state.
Does this hair weft require professional installation?
Professional sew-in installation is recommended for the most secure and natural-looking result.
Can I wash and restyle this hair?
Yes. As human hair, it can be washed and restyled with proper care. Use a heat protectant and low-to-medium temperatures when using heat tools.
How should I care for Burmese curls?
Gently detangle from the ends upward, mist with water and a lightweight leave-in conditioner, and avoid brushing the curls while dry. Allow the hair to air-dry whenever possible.
