Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after your full order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor or styling products, and include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts.
Wigs are not eligible for return or exchange if the lace has been cut or if the item has been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, glued, sprayed, heat styled, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
How to Request a Return
Email support@authris.com within the return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or a short video if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send any item back until Authris approves your request and provides return instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Authris covers approved return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For personal reasons, including a change of mind or an incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, express shipping fees, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by Authris’s error or otherwise required by law.

I purchased a wear & go wig, I received it at a reasonable time, the packaging was stunning, got a few free goodies. The wig itself wasn't too bad, I had to cut the lace a little bit, my big issue is the wig sheds really bad which is very disappointing I haven't had a wig shed so bad in years, this why I only gave it 3 stars, im not sure if I will buy from them again just for the shedding problem, I wouldn't say to anyone not to buy from them but I would say be aware off the bad shedding, it's a shame because I was hoping Authris would be my go to company.
