30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after your full order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor or styling products, and include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts.
Wigs are not eligible for return or exchange if the lace has been cut or if the item has been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, glued, sprayed, heat styled, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
How to Request a Return
Email support@authris.com within the return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or a short video if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send any item back until Authris approves your request and provides return instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Authris covers approved return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For personal reasons, including a change of mind or an incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, express shipping fees, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by Authris’s error or otherwise required by law.
Refunds & Exchanges
All returned items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days after inspection.

How many pieces come in one set?
Each set includes 8 individual clip-in wefts, allowing you to customize placement across the back and sides of your hair.
What lengths are available?
Choose from 16", 18", 20" and 22". Longer lengths also include progressively more hair, ranging from 125g to 155g per set.
How do I choose the right color?
For the most natural-looking match, compare the extensions with the mid-lengths and ends of your hair rather than only your roots. Natural daylight gives the most accurate color comparison.
Do I need glue or tape?
No. Each weft has built-in snap clips, so no glue or tape is required.
Can I style the extensions with heat?
Yes. Because the extensions are made with human hair, they can be styled with heat tools. We recommend using a heat protectant and a moderate temperature.
Can I wear clip-ins every day?
Clip-ins are designed for removable wear. Take them out before sleeping and avoid repeatedly attaching them to exactly the same section of hair.
How should I care for my extensions?
Brush gently from the ends upward, wash only when needed, allow them to dry fully, and store them flat in a clean, dry place.
